Coming 2026

Caroline St. House is a historic home at 109 Caroline Street in the heart of Orange, Virginia, currently being thoughtfully restored and reimagined. When it opens in Spring 2026, this gorgeous old house—with its wide-plank wood floors and timeless architectural details—will feature two beautifully appointed suites: one one-bedroom and one two-bedroom, each with its own charming galley kitchen. The décor will have a twist and lean into an “Old Florida” spirit: light, airy, and relaxed, with a touch of nostalgia that plays beautifully against the home’s classic Virginia bones. Designed for lingering and laid-back stays, Caroline St. House will be a place to slow down, settle in, and savor the simple pleasure of staying in a beautiful old house with fresh, breezy style.

STATION LOGO (11).png

Coming 2027

The 1946 service station at 154 West Main is a main gateway to downtown Orange.  It is now being lovingly reimagined as a fresh take on the classic American diner. Once a simple gas stop, this little landmark will soon become a community gathering place—an easy, everyday spot to meet for a burger, a cold beer, and Grelen’s famous house-made ice cream.

Opening late 2026, the renovated space will blend its vintage roadside roots with an “Old Florida” twist—think breezy, relaxed, and sun-washed rather than the usual red-and-black ’50s diner. Inside, the historic bones of the building will shine; outside, plenty of seating will invite neighbors and travelers alike to linger a little longer on Main Street.

Fun Fact

Before it became a gas station, the corner at 154 W. Main once held the very house that is now becoming the Caroline St. House. The historic home at 109 Caroline Street was originally located on this Main Street lot and was later moved to make way for the service station—so when you visit both properties, you’re really walking through two chapters of the same Orange, Virginia story.
